Panel discussion moderated by Kamaria Rose. Jeremy Mitchell, Panelist Head of Engineering, icetana AI Jeremy leads engineering at icetana AI. He has more than 15 years in data science and machine learning. He was a Senior Manager at Deloitte and co-founded Data Mettle as CTO. Before that he was a data scientist at Ocado and Qubit in London, following postdoctoral research at Imperial College London. Kristian Radoš, Panelist Machine Learning Engineer, icetana AI Kristian builds the machine learning behind icetana AI's Self-learning surveillance AI. Before joining icetana AI he worked as a software engineer at Curtin University, researching virtualisation and private cloud performance, and did data analytics work at Water Corporation. He graduated from Curtin with First Class Honours, spent time at Stanford, and has launched rockets with the Curtin Aerospace Club. Nicholas Webster, Panelist Senior Software Engineer, icetana AI Nicholas is a Senior Software Engineer at icetana AI, where he has worked on the platform since 2024. He was previously a software engineer at ASX-listed Pentanet. Before that, at POWINS, he built the company's serverless web stack on AWS and automated business workflows, cutting client transmittal time by 80%.
