When Agents Act, Who Answers?
🕓 9:30 am - 10:15 am📍 River Room 1 (Lv 3)When an agent acts on its own, and something goes wrong, who's responsible, and how do you design the system so that question has an answer before the incident, not after. We'll look at where accountability actually breaks in agentic systems, why governance built for human-written code doesn't transfer, and how to design agents so that responsibility is clear by design, including where ethics has to be built into the system and where a human still needs to make the call. Whether you're writing the agents, approving them, or accountable when they go wrong, you'll leave knowing how to design accountability from the start.
