Automating deployment of large monolithic application

At Bankwest, we have a home lending application which is monolithic. Historically we have had at least 4 staffs available at the time of the deployment and recently we have automated the whole deployment process making it as an Unstaffed deployment. So, the talk is going to be about sharing our experience how we have automated the deployment of the monolithic application. The talk will touch upon the following items. 1. How we have automated ITSM change management process control steps taken during/before and after deployment. (SERVICENOW and Octopus Deploy) 2. How we have automated the execution of DB scripts during deployment. 3. How we have automated the triggering of emails 4. CICD stack used in our bank for the application to automate the deployment.
