The next generation of Tech Professionals will be our Juniors and Graduates of today. The early days of an IT career can feel overwhelming with the radical upskilling of technical skills required to succeed. In the past three years, Vicki pivoted her career into IT as a Trainee, then a Junior and recently promoted to Consultant. Vicki brings a unique perspective to this journey as she has previously also managed teams that included Juniors in other industries.
