When day-to-day routine sets in, Business As Usual (BAU) work distracts teams from one of the critical aspects of software development - Continuous Improvement and Growth, which is a key attribute of high performing teams. It's important to frequently review the current state and align on the target state. What to measure and how to measure progress and ensure it's relevant, achievable and valuable. In this session we will explore metrics and measures, both qualitative and quantitative. Then delve into ways to get teams' buy-in, ensure that common goals can be achieved and teams are progressing on their journeys to become and stay as high-performing teams.
