Over the years I have become known for hiring and spotting good talent. I have had compliments from senior architects and leaders on the quality of people I choose for my teams.
Hiring is an art form and a challenging endeavour. Get it wrong and you will pay the price.
So how do you attract top talent and maintain top class engagement scores?
