Gen Z are a whole new era in our workforce. By 2025, 30% of our workforce will be Gen Z. And the "old ways" of leading just don't work anymore. This presentation looks at the impact technology has had on Gen Z, the flattening of the workplace hierarchy, the need for leadership authenticity and trauma informed leadership. The presentation will cover: * The changing world Gen Z grew up in; * The impact technology and had on Gen Z's attention span, and their need for innovative workplaces; * How education changed with Gen Z and how workplaces need to change too; * How to engage your Gen Z workers; * The need for Trauma Informed Leadership in a generation that has a 30% rate of complex trauma; * Why we need Gen Z to be nurtured and ready to lead.
